Professional bio

Sylvie is Head of Commercial at Tixel, Australia’s leading ticket resale marketplace, which has been safeguarding event access and driving incremental revenue for major festivals, promoters, and venues for over eight years. She leads Tixel’s Australian team, working closely with the country’s biggest festivals to integrate secure, data-driven resale solutions that protect fans, ease box office pressure, and expand audience reach.

With a background in event promoting, marketing, and ticketing operations, she has played a key role in integrating safe resale into the ticketing strategies of some of Australia’s most prominent festivals and live events like Beyond the Valley, Woodford Folk Festival, Big Red Bash and many more.
