Professional bio
With 26 years of experience in event planning and festival production, Katie most recently served as Executive Producer of the ALWAYS LIVE festival.
Her career includes roles at major events worldwide, such as the Edinburgh Fringe, Canadian Music Week, Adelaide Festival, Vivid Sydney, and Sydney Festival. She was part of the programming team at the Sydney Opera House and oversaw programming of the Woodford Folk Festival. Katie also oversaw the events for the City of Parramatta and City of Melbourne.
She holds a Master’s in Event Management, a Diploma in Business, and is a session academic at RMIT.
