Paul Rosenberg is the Director and Founder of Party Higher, Australia’s leading wireless headphone entertainment company, specializing in innovative and inclusive experiential activations.
Inspired by his first silent disco experience over a decade ago at a festival, Paul founded Party Higher in 2011 to bring immersive, headphone-based entertainment to people of all ages and abilities. Under his leadership, Party Higher has expanded nationally, delivering award-winning kids’ entertainment, school programs, corporate events, wellbeing activations, and accessibility-focused experiences.
The company’s use of multi-channel wireless headphones allows for diverse and dynamic audio experiences—from music festivals and team building to conferences and sensory-friendly zones.
A passionate advocate for inclusion, Paul created “Feel the Beat”, a world-first haptic vest experience for the d/Deaf and neurodiverse communities, and has developed programs for aged care, meditation, and more. In 2020, he launched the Party Higher Entertainment Complex in Melbourne—a fully inclusive venue for immersive events.
Paul’s diverse background includes Myotherapy, leading an Asia Pacific tech company and producing a TV show on success and self-development. He continues to pioneer new ways to make entertainment more fun, accessible, and unforgettable.
